Fiduciary Lawyers has started its professional activity in Albania in 1999 as a law firm during the political transition period in Albania and has maintained this practice for more than 20 years. Since then, Fiduciary Lawyers has supported and continues to support various local and international clients.

Alfred is the founding partner of Fiduciary Lawyers. From the 2000s and on, he represented companies and individuals in court proceedings, having particular expertise in dealing with civil claims. His practice currently focuses on corporate, employment, and contract law.
Alfred holds a J.D. equivalent from Tirana University Law School since 1996. He is qualified to represent clients in all the levels of the Albanian judiciary. He was admitted to the Bar of Advocates in 2000 and acts as a board member in various International organizations as well. Alfred has a post-graduate qualification and studies in the field of Human Rights, Commercial law etc.
Alfred’s first work experience was at “Boga & Associates” during 1996-1999 where he worked initially as an associate and then as a junior lawyer, handling many legal for several foreign companies. With over 20 years’ experience on all aspects of commercial and civil law, he advises investors on a wide range of business issues, distribution and trade agreements, technology transfer, trademark enforcement, data protection, and privacy law.
Edis provides consulting services in the field of intellectual property, in particular with reference to trademark, design and copyright issues.
Edis holds a Law Degree from Tirana University Law School since 1996. She was admitted to the Bar of Advocates in 2001 and is qualified to represent in all the levels of the Albanian judiciary. In 2012 she gained a LL.M. in International and European Commercial Law, from Greenwich University in UK.
Working initially at the Ministry of Justice as a chief legal redactor for the State Publication Gazette, Edis gained specialized skills and knowledge in reviewing, researching, and annotating laws, court decisions, documents, opinions, and related legal authorities. In 2002, she started practicing at Fiduciary Lawyers, and she became a Partner in 2011. Edis expertise lies in International and European commercial law and she offers legal advice and support to local and foreign companies. She also provides professional legal advice and assistance in family law and NGOs matters, assisting clients with specific focus on licenses from State authorities and agencies.
